If you are checking in later than 11pm, please notify the hotel by calling us ar (516) 725-5928.
PAYMENT
Upon booking, your credit card may be charged the full amount within Three (3) Days of your check-in date and subject to our cancellation policy. We only accept all US major credit cards.
PET POLICY
No pets allowed in hotel suites.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% Refundable for cancellations outside of Three (3) Days.
Non-refundable within 72 Hours of check-in.
TERMS
Anyone drinking on premise under the age of 21 may be asked to leave immediately.
The Vanderbilt enforces a No In-Room or Common Area Party Policy to ensure we can protect the hotel and our guests at all times. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund. Registered guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting. Additional disturbance, damage, deep cleaning, or smoking fees may apply if policies are violated. $250 incidental hold is authorized at the time of arrival.
The Vanderbilt is a No Smoking facility, No refund for violations.
*AT MANAGEMENT’S DISCRETION, VIOLATORS OF ANY OF THE POLICIES HEREIN OR ANY OF THE BUILDING POLICIES/RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT REFUND.
